Each Bethy Lade gown in this category is created especially for you — with custom adjustments to your size, proportions, and chosen details. Some designs also carry a hand-drawn symbol, placed just for you — a quiet reflection of the stage you’re stepping into.
Because of this level of personalization, all gowns in this category are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For all Ready-to-Ship and Sample Sale gowns we are happy to offer a size exchange if the size you need is available or exchange to another gown.
Returns are also available for gowns from our Ready-to-Ship and Sample Sale collection.
To request an exchange/return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. The gown must be returned in original, unworn, undamaged condition, and all shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return request is approved, please note: a restocking fee of £65 / $90 USD will be applied. The refund is issued within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
