SIZING

When ordering your gown with us, we offer two options based on your wedding timeframes and gown vision.
You have two variations for the sizing; there is an option for the standard and custom(made to your accurate measurements) sizes.

Standard size is chosen according to your measurements based on our size chart. DO NOT just choose the size you always wear. Our sizes are unique to our brand sizing based on bust, waist, and hips measurements. If you need help with choosing the size, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly, and we would be pleased to help you make a more accurate decision.

SIZE CHART

Custom size is made to measure option. With this option, the gown will be made to your accurate measurements and height, all details for the measurements we will need and video help will be sent to you via email.

Alterations:
-standard size may require more alterations because it is made in standard measurements and with standard skirt length;
-custom size is made based on your accurate measurements and height provided when the gown is purchased. Minor alterations may be needed.

RETURN & REFUND

A return and refund of the product are possible for standard-size purchases. When ordering, there is an option for standard size and custom size, when you choose the standard size, you will be able to return the gown.

If you want to return the gown, you must contact us within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
When we receive a product and check the details as no damage, we will refund you the cost of the item within 7 days. The restock fee of £70/ $90 (Excluding UK orders) will be applied, and you are responsible for the shipping costs back( for all orders).

Refund of the product is not possible:
-custom size items(made to your accurate measurements);
-custom-designed gown;
-accessories;
-veils.

TIMEFRAMES

Wedding dresses from the BethyLade collections range take 5-10 weeks to create.
If you need the gown quicker than the classic time range, please contact us directly, and we will rush the order for you to match the required timeframes.

We encourage you to place the order 3-7 months before the wedding to give enough time for all your fittings (if you have those) and any alterations if needed.

CUSTOM DESIGNED DRESS

You can customize any of our gowns depending on what you would like to customize; not all customizations can be implemented in any dress. Please, contact us directly with all your wishes to receive more details.

If you want a custom gown design created especially for you - we would love to do this. We sew bespoke or customized bridal dresses for a specific requests, so do not hesitate to ask any questions.

SHIPPING

FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE

Wedding dresses and accessories are shipped with the DHL Express, Evri or UPS Express, and the delivery takes 5-9 days.

TAXES & DUTIES

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. However, you must provide any shipping carrier and customs with all requested details to ensure the order is fully delivered.

We accept any payments and can also offer payment plans.
