Five stars all the way for Betty Lade. The fabric is high quality, the train falls so beautifully, and the customer service was thorough, genuine, and thoughtful. She even included extra buttons for me, since I had asked about adding on buttons (even though I changed my mind). The dress material and the fitting is so amazing! It honestly shocked me when I finally got the dress.
