Our Ready-to-Ship and Sample Sale gowns follow our standard size chart.

To find your best fit, please take the following key measurements:

• Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape comfortably under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
• Underbust – Measure just beneath your bust, around your ribcage.
• Waist – Measure your natural waist — the narrowest part of your torso (usually where you naturally bend).
• Hips – Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Minor alterations are easy and common with most tailors.

Delivery

Our Ready-to-Ship and Sample Sale gowns are processed within 1–2 weeks, with shipping taking an additional 3–7 days, depending on your location.
Each gown is carefully prepared and packaged with intention before it begins its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

For all Ready-to-Ship and Sample Sale gowns we are happy to offer a size exchange if the size you need is available or exchange to another gown.
Returns are also available for gowns from our Ready-to-Ship collection.

To request an exchange/return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. The gown must be returned in original, unworn, undamaged condition, and all shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return request is approved, please note: a restocking fee of £65 / $90 USD will be applied. The refund is issued within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
